About Us
Founder's note
I never set out to build a company. I set out to answer a question that kept following me from one film set to the next: if something goes wrong here — right now, in this field, three hours from the nearest hospital — who actually comes?
Too often, the honest answer was nobody qualified. A crew member with a first-aid certificate. A production assistant on the phone with a call centre. In 2016, I decided that answer was no longer acceptable on any site I could reach.
ProDocs started with one doctor, one bag, and one production willing to take a chance on a physician who insisted on being on set, not on call. Nine years later, that same insistence — that medical safety on high-stakes ground must be led by clinicians, not administered by paperwork — is the only thing about ProDocs that hasn't changed.
We've grown to 5,000+ medical professionals and 200+ ambulances because the need never shrank. Every festival stage, every construction site, every film schedule still carries the same question I started with. Our job is to make sure the answer is always: we do.

Mission
To make world-class medical safety a standard feature of every high-stakes environment in India — not a privilege reserved for the largest productions or the best-funded sites.
Vision
To be India's most trusted medical health, safety, and risk management partner — the name a risk manager, a production house, or a plant safety officer reaches for first, without needing to ask twice.
Values
Clinical integrity
Every protocol is designed and signed off by qualified medical professionals — never templated, never generic.
Presence over promises
We measure ourselves by who is physically on-site, not by how quickly a call centre can be reached.
Compliance as craft
We treat regulatory frameworks — the OSH Code 2020, the Factories Act, BOCW, FSSAI — as a floor to build from, not a checklist to clear.
Readiness without spectacle
The best-run deployment is the one nobody notices, because nothing went wrong that wasn't already handled.
The ProDocs story
Founded in 2016 by Dr. Gaurav Chandra, ProDocs Healthcare began by embedding qualified medical teams directly into film and live-event productions — environments that had long relied on under-qualified on-set first aid. Guided by advisor Dr. Rajiv Sinha, whose clinical and operational experience spans four decades, ProDocs built out the infrastructure — a nationwide ALS/BLS ambulance fleet, a 5,000-strong roster of vetted clinicians, and formal alliances with leading hospitals and diagnostic centres — to extend that same standard of care into construction, manufacturing, corporate campuses, and government programmes across India.
